How does your email deals list work?

On a regular basis, we send out email notifications for limited time deals, hot new products, or sale promotions.  We send these emails out on a weekly basis in order to keep you informed on special promotions.

Where does product ship from?

Most orders are shipped from our headquarter in Deerfield Beach, FL however, from time to time, we ship directly from factories overseas.

Sales and Excise Tax on Purchases

Remittance of any taxes on orders shipped is the responsibility of the purchaser and is subject to state use tax unless your state specifically exempts it from taxation.

We do not sell to consumers in Utah or South Dakota.

South Dakota and Utah: Direct consumer sales of tobacco over the internet or phone is prohibited to these states.

Shipping policies?

We do our best in order to get orders out within 24 hours from our warehouse in Florida, most of the time, that is not a problem however, sometimes we may experienced slight delays due to varying circumstances out of our control.

Time in transit: standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states takes 1-6 business days from the date of shipment depending on distance from our facility in Florida (does not include weekends or holidays).

International shipments: Currently, we do not ship international

Refund & Return policies?

Although unfortunate, returns do happen.  All our packages leave our facility in perfect condition however, at times, we release something may happen during transit or the purchased product may not be in perfect condition.  We have a simple return policy, when your package arrives, open and inspect, if for some reason something is damaged, please call or email our office before you return it.  Any refund for shipping charges will depend on the reason for the return.

We will work with you and resolve any issues as prompt as possible.

For any returns due to buyer’s remorse, we will refund you for the price of the item less any shipping charges as long as you return the item in it’s original box and in a saleable condition.

All Returns must be sent back within 15 days from purchase date.  We will issue an exchange or refund on all returns depending on the circumstances.  Before you ship back any item purchased, you must email us and provide us with your contact information and order number.  Once we have your information, we will issue an RAM (return merchandise authorization), you will need to write this number on the outside of the package.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; no refunds are available on sale items.

You are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When we issue a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Please note:

Some items will indicate FINAL SALE in which case it is ineligible for return (this is usually the case for Scratch & Dent sales, certain liquidation sales, or other unique circumstances).
